Moroccan Spiced Duck and Pistachio B’stilla
Recipe Description:  This special Middle Eastern pie is a celebration dish, even more delicious prepared with duck. I use the whole duck, as it includes the giblets, and it makes its own broth. I sauté the liver to enrich the filling.
